1975
The Beginning
Wesley Kocher buys the tax department from McIntee and Whisenand Law after working for the firm for 8 years. The beginning of an unknown legacy begins under the name of Kocher Accounting Inc.
1985
Expanding Horizons
After graduating college Kurt Kocher moved back to join his dad Wes as an accountant at the firm. With coming back Kurt brought many new ideas and helped introduce computers into the office.
2004
After 20 years as president of the firm Wes offers to sell the business to his son Kurt as he nears retirement. The start of the second generation begins with the name Kocher Financial Inc.
Passing The Torch
2025
A New Chapter
In December after 40 years at the firm of which he was president for 21 years Kurt is nearing retirement, and he offers to sell the business to his son Grant Kocher. A new chapter of a legacy is born under the name Kocher Accounting Group Inc.
